We are a non-profit corporation affiliated with the American Horse Council, the industry's national lobbying and trade association based in Washington, D.C.
Horsemen's Council of Illinois is a statewide coalition of horsemen working together to:
- Promote the common interests of horse owners in Illinois
- Present a unified stand against common problems
- Promote improved health and well-being of Illinois horses
- Actively expand and improve the total Illinois horse industry
- Promote equestrian safety and youth programs
