East Coast and West Coast Experts Headline This Year's Expo:
From California come world-renowned veterinarian, father of “foal imprint training,” speaker and author on horse behavior and natural horsemanship Dr. Robert M. Miller and trainer/motivator/ communicator Charles Wilhelm.
From the East Coast come three-time Olympic coach Jane Savoie of Wellington, FL, whose approach applies to all breeds and disciplines, and internationally known equestrian sports psychologist Ann S. Reilly, PhD, of McLean, VA.
And from Tennessee come gaited riding’s recognized authority and internationally known clinician Larry Whitesell with Jennifer Bauer, who reflect the French Classical school in their training methods.
Expo is indoors at the new Lake County Fairgrounds Expo Center, which can accommodate four seminar areas, a hundred trade show booths but cannot accommodate horses, hence Expo’s focus on education, equestrian-themed activities and shopping.
Everything is on one level, spread across the Expo Center’s 65,000-square-foot open space. Visitors soon see that Expo is “not your father’s” horse fair. It includes many exciting features not found at other events, plus the serious educational programming and business help you expect.
