The new Lake County Fairgrounds is north of Chicago and west of I-94 at the intersection of Peterson and Midlothian Roads (1/2 mile west of US 45 and 1/2 mile east of IL 83 – “A” on map below). While current Google, Map Quest and other satellite-dependent mapping programs, including GPS units, may not show the correct new Fairgrounds location, they will locate the intersection of Peterson and Midlothian Roads in Grayslake, IL 60030.
