Prior to submitting substantial research grant proposals, please submit a letter
of intent. This brief outline of your study and its costs will aid the
Promotion Board in advising you if sufficient funds will be available to support
your work. The Board recognizes the
effort involved in submitting a proposal and wants to be certain that funds will
be available prior to soliciting major research proposals.
